This is the best insurance company! Caleb Bowen - State Farm is an absolute power unit of an insurance agency. You need to ask for "Lane Austin"!!! This guy helped me get life insurance, auto insurance for my personal vehicles, and even helped me get insurance for my business. So many other companies wouldn't offer the insurance I was looking for for my business, but "Lane" made it so easy. The man is the GOAT!!! Get this man a raise because he deserves it. He explained everything to me in full detail, and he was open and honest about all the questions. Never once did I feel like I was being ripped off or cheated. This is THE company you want to go to, and Lane is your man! I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. I called to get a new auto insurance policy and ended up doing that and starting a life insurance policy. I spoke to Joe and he was super helpful and kind, he answered all my questions and made sure all my concerns were addressed. State Farm has by far the best pricing and policies that I’ve seen.

Joseph with Caleb Bowen's office was an incredible help during an extremely stressful time when I needed immediate help. My apartment unit flooded and the building was damaged, and my complex was able to move me to a different unit but with a very quick deadline. Joseph was able to make the update to my renters policy and provide myself and my complex the new form in less than an hour, and then do it again the same day after my complex informed me of an update to the required coverage, all to provide everything I needed to get my keys the following day. His professionalism and kindness over both phone and email helped me to stay calm during this time, and I will always appreciate him going the extra mile!
